Today in Benin City, the Executive Chairman of Etsako East Local Government Council and Chairman of ALGON, Edo State, Rt. Hon. Sunny Ekpetika Ekpeson, joyfully joins the people of Edo State in celebrating a remarkable leader, Chief Barr. Jarrett Tenebe, Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Edo State, on the occasion of his birthday.
Reflecting on years of guidance and partnership, Rt. Hon. Ekpeson recalled with pride the period he served as Chief of Staff under Chief Tenebe. He described the APC leader as a towering figure of strength, courage, and wisdom, whose dedication has continued to shape the political landscape of our dear state.
According to him, Chief Tenebe is not only a seasoned administrator but also a mentor whose doors have always remained open to young people with dreams and aspirations.
Beyond politics, Chief Tenebe embodies the values of loyalty, inclusiveness, and service that define true leadership. His ability to unite diverse voices, mediate differences, and keep the APC family strong across the 18 Local Government Areas has earned him the respect of leaders and the love of the grassroots.
Rt. Hon. Ekpeson noted that the stability and growth of the party in Edo State today are a reflection of Chief Tenebe’s strategic foresight, discipline, and commitment to putting the people first.
In his goodwill message, the Etsako East Council Chairman noted that Chief Tenebe played a pivotal role in bringing him into public service and has remained a steady pillar of support throughout his journey.
“He believes in the next generation, he builds people, and he creates pathways for them to thrive. His commitment to grooming leaders and strengthening our party continues to inspire all of us,” Rt. Hon. Ekpeson stated.
As Chief Tenebe marks another year, Rt. Hon. Ekpeson offered prayers for God’s continued covering, renewed vigour, sound judgment, good health, and abundant grace upon the APC Chairman.
He expressed confidence that Chief Tenebe will continue to make greater strides and leave lasting footprints of service in the years ahead.
